Hugh Elder started playing bagpipes at age 6 and has played with the L.A. Scots Junior Pipe Band,Caledonian Pipe Band, Scottish Heritage Pipe Band, Beach Cities Pipe Band, He has played with L.A. Scots Pipe Band from 1990 through 2006. In 1997 the L.A. Scots won the Grade 2 World Championships  and thereafter also achieved 11th place overall at the World Championships as a Grade 1 Band twice. Im looking forward to being a part of this group of talented pipers and drummers and hoping to get in the top six at the Worlds as a Grade 1 Band. Hugh is President/CEO of HouseSeeker4u.com in Newport Beach, California.
